The Legacy Group Company Ltd., was created as a property development company involved in the construction and refurbishment of quality villa homes in Phuket, principally in the localities of Patong & Kathu.

During this time it was recognized by the company that a number of home owners either lived off-island and only visited their properties whilst on vacation or owned their homes as working investments and were principally interested in attracting a rental stream as well as a capital investment growth. The Legacy Group after due consideration of the high demand for a quality management service channeled its expertise and experience into the area of property management. The company continues to build on this on this area of operation.

What of the future?

Phuket is the largest island within the Kingdom of Thailand . It is certainly the destination of choice for foreign visitors. Whilst it has a local population of approximately three hundred thousand, Phuket is visited by around four and a half million (4,500.000) tourists annually. Following careful statistics based research it was ascertained that the type of accommodation required chiefly on the island was recreational and focused towards the needs of tourism. The Legacy Group has embraced this challenge.

By utilizing its development and management expertise combined with its strong associations with relevant professionals, architects, interior designers, project managers, construction engineers etc., it has been decided that resort and hotel projects are the company's future. The Fairway Resort will be the flagship and further developments within Phuket are envisaged.
