Terms of Payment

  1. All prices are in Thai Baht.
  2. Payment guarantees 2 weeks holiday every year for 30 consecutive years at the Fairway Resort.
  3. Throughout this period there are no maintenance, service, management and utility costs ever!
  4. If one year you do not want to come, Rental income option of 6% rising year on year.
  5. A reservation deposit of Baht 200,000 to reserve your calendared allocation.
  6. Signing of contract is then required within 14 days and payment made up to 40% of the total amount.
  7. The remaining 60% paid in 6 equal installments over 18 months.
